The term "Concierge" evolved from the French phrase “Comte Des Cierges” or The Keeper of the Candles. These caretakers tended to visiting nobles in the castles of the medieval era.
In the 19th century and early 20th century apartment buildings, particularly in Paris, the concierge was able to monitor all comings and goings off all the inhabitants of the property insuring they were safe, comfortable and had help with all of their day to day needs.
The 401(k) Concierge has taken that philosophy of helping others, and built a process of customer service that seeks to be the best in the industry. Our goal is to bring back the forgotten customer service and one-on-one help that both your plan and your participants deserve.
